Samples are purchased and paid for in full and must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns, provided the following conditions are met:

We are contacted within 5 days of the goods being received.

The product has not been used, washed, damaged, or soiled in any way, and it is still in its original packaging with all tags, etc., intact.

Custom-made items: Should a product be outsourced and / or branded/embroidered and made to your individual specifications, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.

We have made every effort to ensure that the colours and images of our products displayed in the store are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your computer monitor’s display of any colour.

We may limit sales and quantities of products or services offered. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time. Offers void where prohibited.

We cannot guarantee that any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

As per the Consumer Protection Act (2011), Titon Solution PTY Ltd reserves the right to have the product returned to us for inspection before a replacement is sent.

We do not offer refunds; we only provide replacement subject to the above and the conclusion of the investigation of the product once received.
